TMA, in cooperation with 2484 Rotary Region, installed Noah Telemedicine System at the Health Centers of Othonoi and Samothraki islands. Along with the telemedicine equipment, 3 Automatic External Defibrillators were delivered, which will be installed at the Health Centers of Othonoi, Samothraki and Ereikousa respectively.
The rural doctors of the two islands now have the opportunity to collect vital signs measurements of patients via the integrated hospital grade telemedicine equipment and transmit them through NoAH Telemedicine System in real time to the specialized doctors of the General Hospitals of Ioannina and Alexandroupoli respectively in order to cooperate for the best treatment of the patients.

NoAH Telemedicine System receives and transmits measurements from the below medical equipment:

12channel ECG

Blood pressure meter

Glucose meter

The project is expected to operate in these regions for at least 10 years and will contribute drastically to the improvement of life quality of the residents.
