TMA’s Noah Ark of Health – No.A.H. Maritime Telemedicine System, is a portable unit which consists of diagnostic medical devices, that are able to cover most of the patient’s examination process.
Diagnostic examinations, such as blood pressure, glucose meter, 12 Leads ECG, spirometry, even radiography, ultrasound, blood and urine tests etc., are taking place via No.A.H. telemedicine system. Additionally, all medical data that are acquired are stored at the Personal Electronic Medical Record of No.A.H.’s Telemedicine Private Cloud. Seafarer’s Personal Medical Record constitutes a necessity for
everyone, in all technologically advanced countries.
Medical Services
In all cases, the diagnostic procedure is performed as follows:
A trained No.A.H. client operator connects the medical sensors on patient’s body. All the acquired medical data are transmitted rapidly and securely in No.A.H.’s Telemedicine Private Cloud. A coordinator is receiving the medical incident and transmits the acquired medical data to the appropriate specialized doctor.
22 (Twenty two) medical specialties in 24/7 basis constantly support the network. There is always the capability of live video communication via TMA’s teleconferencing system, between the patient and the doctor in real time. This two-way communication, saves time and transportation needs!!

What is NO.A.H Cloud E.M.R.?
TMA’s No.A.H. Cloud E.M.R. is a web-based patient record system designed
specifically for the needs of telemedicine consultations in rough environments
with limited connectivity such as vessels and oil rigs. This software allows you to
create a patient case, collaborate with consulting physicians on the information
gathered from the patient encounter and even have a real time video conference
with the remote physician.
